Jose does not respond to text or calls. Jose gave me the wrong car keys. Car was not returned to customers settings. I could barely reach the steering wheel. Seat was almost lying flat. AC was set on LO. Did not know it had a LO. Only a digital number. Took me a while to fix that. The door handle was greasy. Car was not washed. This service department is only getting worse. More
