I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership for repairs. I went in on a Thursday to get my oil changed and tires rotated. A man, not Carlos, came to me and showed me "my" 2 air filters. He said repairs. I went in on a Thursday to get my oil changed and tires rotated. A man, not Carlos, came to me and showed me "my" 2 air filters. He said they needed to be checked/changed at every oil change. Well I told him that I always use the dealer here and Ohio and have never been told that before. I accepted the new air filters. I also asked them to look at a slow leak in a tire, so they did and said the nail was in the sidewall and had to be replaced. Carlos told me my windshield wipers needed to be changed, so I did that. I came back the next day for the tire, and in the video, that repair person told me I needed wipers. Excuse me, but you replaced the wipers yesterday! That was the first time I had doubt about your dealership. Then a few days later, I find a complaint on Nextdoor saying your dealership recommended a lot of work, including new air filters. This is what one person wrote: "I used to take vehicles to them for recalls and warranty for the company that I worked as a mechanic for 18 years and I saw the service salesman show everyone the same air and cabin filters to many people!! The dealerships are always looking to ripoff the elderly especially females!! It’s such a crime!!" This has left a sour taste in my mouth because I am an elderly female and now feel like I have been taken advantage of. I really wonder if I actually did get new wiper blades and new filters. I also wonder if my tire couldn't have been plugged. I personally know my Chrysler service guys in Ohio, and I now they never recommend work that isn't needed. That is why I always buy from them - many vans since 1989. Time to find a new repair person here in FL since I don't believe I can ever trust you again. More

I initially left after dropping car off when was called to return because they weren’t going to do the work on the car. Annoyed and upon returning they serviced the car but didn’t rotate my tires. Ryan Swoll My service advisor was an absolute God sent . He went above and beyond to help me with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler repairs . I can’t say enough about his compassion and efforts to help me get the issue He went above and beyond to help me with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler repairs .
