Terrible - twice I've had my deisel truck in with Appointments and both times it took a WEEK to get anyone to even touch it. Second time I had the Worst advisor who did not communicate AT ALL even Appointments and both times it took a WEEK to get anyone to even touch it. Second time I had the Worst advisor who did not communicate AT ALL even after I left several messages. Josh the Shop Manager did a good job getting the work done after I had to escalate to him with an additional visit. More

I got my van in and out the same day and problem was under warranty. Had same issues 14 months ago and auxiliary battery was bad then, but warranted now since battery was less then 3 years old. Blaine under warranty. Had same issues 14 months ago and auxiliary battery was bad then, but warranted now since battery was less then 3 years old. Blaine did a nice job of researching this and submitting under warranty. Other than the inconvenience of dropping off the van for a day, I got this problem solved again at no extra cost to me. More

The adviser was great. I made the appt by phone to check on a AC blower motor you installed in April; but was NOT told I would need to leave car 2-3 days to have that done I made the appt by phone to check on a AC blower motor you installed in April; but was NOT told I would need to leave car 2-3 days to have that done. very inconvenient - I made an unnecessary trip and now have to find a way to get it done. I liked the video; but did not have any personal contact with the service dept. individual who worked on my car. The report states I declined the suggested battery maintenance/repair. That is not true. I was not given that option. More
