Tried calling the dealership for 3 hours to ask if my vehicle was finished with service. No call backs after leaving messages with a call center service. Cannot get thru to the service dept. They use a vehicle was finished with service. No call backs after leaving messages with a call center service. Cannot get thru to the service dept. They use a call center not located at the dealership. Also texed my service advisor, and got no response when asking if my car was ready. I hope they get this problem resolved. Have used this dealership for years under Bill Bryan. More

Jose Valdes was very helpful over the phone and in person when assisting me with my replacement rear bumper. He was able to get the bumper ordered and get me scheduled in quickly for the repair. In the time that I have visiting your dealership I have only worked with Jose and Carlos. Their customer service certainly beats driving all the way to Clermont to have my Jeep Wrangler serviced at the dealership where I bought it at. Also, I REALLY appreciate Jose arranging a ride for me to be taken home. That was very unexpected, but greatly appreciated. More
