Started out rocky as I was in the “wrong” lane upon arrival. After almost an hour of being ignored things quickly turned for the better. Otto is fantastic! The service video outstanding! We did a drop-off for an oil change. Kobe checked the car in as soon as he got off the phone. He was quick, efficient and courteous. We were messaged that the vehicle was ready before we even left the appointment! Upon arrival, Carlos helped us out until Kobe was available. He went over all info with us, including recommendations, without trying to up sell on unnecessary things.
