The transition took too long. 3.5 hours from the time we got there to the time we drove off the lot. I was told I was 1st in line to see the finance manager and that he just had t 3.5 hours from the time we got there to the time we drove off the lot. I was told I was 1st in line to see the finance manager and that he just had to load the info into the computer. Waited 45 minutes and then he called us into his office, AND then he loaded the info into the computer, which took another 20 minutes. As far as the vehicle, the black molding around the sunroof was brown from dirt. The door jambs were dirty and the windshield had a line of glue down the middle of it. The back of the drivers seat had oily looking spots on it from something that I assume was sprayed by someone at the dealership. More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I bought a Ram Laramie from Bill Bryan 2 years ago and have been getting regular services from Bill Bryan. Found out today that YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I bought a Ram Laramie from Bill Bryan 2 years ago and have been getting regular services from Bill Bryan. Found out today that they have sold. Associates were very rude for my service today to the point that I left. I still have four free oil changes and will not be back to even honor them. I'm sure buying a vehicle everyone has a nice smiley face and the food is great. After that it is the worst experience you will ever have at a dealership. I was told straight up that "things have changed!" I asked to talk to the manager and was told he wasn't in yet at 10:30AM. More
