My service rep was Carlos and he wasted no time getting me checked in and off my car went. He was professional and pleasant. He led me to the waiting area. Service technicians were coming to get people lef me checked in and off my car went. He was professional and pleasant. He led me to the waiting area. Service technicians were coming to get people left and right, so this was a great sign for me. I had maybe a 30 minutes wait, if that!!! Carlos came to get me and I was on my way.
