Also the detailing person put multiple scratches in the paint. Detailing was horrible as the inside of the vehicle was still dirty. As for the extra parts that were supposed to come with, was told that it’s use as is and the previous owner may have came and gotten them. More

The vehicle itself was in great condition mechanically and the financial and paper signing portion was long and accurate. Overall the experience has been good but not outstanding as I expected from this dealer. More

The "start-stop" feature light came on the dash which initiated the repair work. I usually turn that feature off when I drive the car. Is there a way of permanently disengaging that feature so the secondary battery does not need to be replaced in the future? Also, I was told it cost approx. $200 to turn off the warning light on the dash. Is that a fair cost? More
