Honestly, I was a little skeptical, and nervous, due to reading the other reviews. Kim and Raul are a great team, from start to finish from the video done by the tech, which was very impressive, to the fi reading the other reviews. Kim and Raul are a great team, from start to finish from the video done by the tech, which was very impressive, to the final paper work with Kim. If you want a good detailed inspection of your car, have Raul do it. Kim explained everything, kept in contact via text which I prefer. I’m not the type to do reviews, but these folks needed this and so did the public, you can’t believe everything you read. Great job KIM AND RAUL More

2nd time at this dealer for service. Waited about 10 min for somone to greet and help me, went into the ofc and advisors with no customers ignored me. Finally got my service advisor.
