Otto and myself fixed Mikes mistakes in less than a month. Mike was suppose to order my part in January, he never did. When I called him and ask what the status was in March, he said he d check. Kobe was very courteous and professional. Kobe provided Uber to send me home and return me the next day to retrieve my vehicle, VERY much appreciated. Also must say was VERY impressed with the status videos now provided by service techs, that is awesome. So nice to actually see status of service, receive explanation of work performed and know WHO is performing the service. More
