I purchased a pre-owned pre-certified Dodge grand caravan from CDJR back on March 28th 2025. I haven't done my review until now as there were many issues and challenges within 24hrs after my purchase. I coul from CDJR back on March 28th 2025. I couldn't understand why there were so many issues when a pre cerified inspection was done! I am however, thankful that the dealership gave a 30day warrenty with the vehicle. They have taken care of the 4 seperate issues which some were pretty major! Everyone from sales to service took care of me thru-out this ordeal. Shout out to Ron Delgardo my service specialist. He was great! taking care of my repairs and was very understanding of my situation. They also did provide me with a rental vehicle. My only negative comments would be the total number of days it took to complete the repairs which was 15days out of my 30days warrenty. Also, communication could have been better. My warrenty ended yesterday and of course I drove it a lot today, and of course now there appears to be an issue with the front struts. They rattle on bumpy uneven roads! 🤨 More
