NOT RELATED TO MAINTENANCE: the auto phone voice asked me if I wanted the 90000-mile service - I had that a month before! Could not figure out what I wanted, one time I got a "MMM sure'. Also asked if I wanted to wait for the car and offered me a reservation at 3:30 the same day - even though your disclaimers indicate a possible 2 to 48 hour delay. The problem took 2 1/2 days; I would have had to camp out in your lobby. Some on-the-job training would seem to be in order. More
