The new ownership no longer accepts Mopar MVP coupons. I received a coupon from the dealer for a $69.95 full synthetic oil change. My service advisor said the cost was $100 for full synthetic but he would I received a coupon from the dealer for a $69.95 full synthetic oil change. My service advisor said the cost was $100 for full synthetic but he would adjust the price to honor the coupon. The problems started when it was time to pay and the final cost was $89. After a little back and forth the price was adjusted to $79 with taxes and shop fees. I was told by my advisor that he had 20 years experience in the automotive field, but it didn't show with his math skills. Later that day I called to speak to the service manager to let him know about my experience. He told me the advisor was new and probably should have reached out for help. So then we spoke about the tire promotion they are running - buy 3 tires, get the 4th complimentary. In this case I was told complimentary was in the form of a maximum $150 credit for the 4th tire which is not the definition of complimentary. Well, I'm in need of tires but it seems like the dealer is no longer an option because of the conflicting response to complimentary. I am not impressed with the new ownership, nor the responses so I guess I'll be sourcing tires and a wheel alignment elsewhere. More

Kobe's handling of my car problem was excellent. Late on a Friday afternoon my car would not shut off. I immediately brought the car to the dealership without an appointment. It was quickly determined that the Start Button was malfunctioning. Kobe was my advisor. He proceeded to write up the report and got me an Uber ride home. The following day i received a call from Kobe at about 9:15 am that an Uber ride would be picking me up to take me to Hertz Rental for my rental car. On Monday I received a video from the dealership showing that the Start Button had been replaced. I picked up my car on Tuesday. considering that the Maintaintance Department is only open on Saturday till 5 and closed on Sunday and the part had to be ordered and i did not have an appointment i am extremely happy with the service and attentiveness. Kobe is excellent to work with. More

I was extremely disappointed. It took 9 hours for them to do an oil change and put 4 new tires on. It took me almost 3 hours of calling starting at 1:50 pm to find out the status of my car since I dropped it off at 8 am and they had given me an uber ride home. It took 3 phone calls and I finally spoke to someone around 3 pm. I was never informed that they would do my car last if I left it there and decided to wait at home. I had to cancel plans for my afternoon as well as dinner due to the extensive time it took and total lack of communication. When I finally got back to Jeep and picked my car, I expressed my concerns with the Manager, who have me no explanation and a sad apology for my inconvenience and had complete disregard for the wasted time that I experienced waiting for my car all day to be completed. More
