CDJR of Leesburg - Service Center

The initial service was great and quick: oil change, tire rotation, new battery. After this a dash light came on, capital A in a circle, green in color. In came on every time I came to a complete stop so I rotation, new battery. After this a dash light came on, capital A in a circle, green in color. In came on every time I came to a complete stop so I took the car back in and was told it would go off as I drove the car. It didn't so the next day I took the car back. The tech ran tests and said I needed a software update. After that Juan brought the car and paperwork back to me and said I was all set the car should run smoother now. I said it wasn't running rough just ad the light coming up and I was worried it was the alternator. He took for a test drive. Came back all smiles and said it was the autostop light and showed me how to turn it off. Currently the car is driving great and all is well. Juan was kind and helpful. More

Juan was an excellent service advisor - he kept us up to date and gave us lots of options. Jacob sent us a very thorough technical walkthrough of our vehicle inspection. He went from soup to nuts in his ove date and gave us lots of options. Jacob sent us a very thorough technical walkthrough of our vehicle inspection. He went from soup to nuts in his overview - very thorough! The waiting area was a hospitality experience with coffee, popcorn, and hotdogs! The service experience was excellent. Even offered a ride home if we needed to leave the car! This is why we come back for all our service and maintenance! Great people! Great customer service! More

Not a good experience at the dealership. Found a filter bracket that had been left off of car. Service tech forgot to put it back on. Had to drive back 30 minutes to get it fixed. Not good.
