Not Happy. Purchased online auto. I don't think anything went right on this deal. all issues are dealership not doing job. Put personal name on title instead of business. Told me they sent VIN to my insurance agent for coverage-- That never happened. one week after delivery my agent emailed me and asked if the deal went through because she had no info on truck. They called 3 times to upsell paint protector & scotch guard the seats ( $800.00) and extended warranty ( $3400.00 ) . We cleaned out truck when we got it to our shop, pulled out 2 hypodermic type needles ( not sure what they were , possibly veterinary type) from between driver seat & console with a lot of potato chips, clean up was a joke . More

JR took no time finding the truck I needed and was upfront/honest front the very first meet. Sales Staff are amazing. After visiting other GMC Dealerships with no luck my wife and me weren't to hopeful that Colonial would have any luck finding us what she wanted either. We were wrong. They bent over backward to find my wife exactly what she wanted, even tho it meant driving a trade all way to Ohio. They even offered to honor the sales event if had ended when they found something. Yet I ended up buying a new Lincoln from them because they gave me the best deal. It was a pleasure dealing with all the folks I talked to, namely, Felicia Schultz and Ron Morgan. They made things very easy, from vehicle selection, to price, to delivery at exactly the time promised. Upon delivery of the vehicle to my home (2hours away!) Felicia Schultz took the time and patience to explain every last detail about the vehicle and it’s numerous optional equipment, as well as reviewing the required documentation. This is the third Lincoln I’ve purchased and, hands down, the easiest, best, and most painless experience I’ve had buying a brand new vehicle site unseen. What a wonderful dealership to work with!
