When we first got there, Wayne took us through the lot and showed us the types of vehicles that we were looking for and was answering the various questions that my husband was asking him and he seemed to know a great deal of information. We test drove a Honda Pilot while getting our current car appraised (loved the Pilot!) When we got back we got the appraisal for my current vehicle and the offer was incredibly low. We explained that we had already gotten a written appraisal offer from Carmax the night before which was much higher. To make a long story short, we ended up selling my current car to Carmax because they were giving us a substantial amount of money over what Heritage was going to give us BUT we still bought the Pilot from this dealership because they gave us a price we couldn't refuse. Overall, our experience was very pleasant and I would absolutely buy another car from Wayne! More
Got my car serviced I had my car at the service center at Heritage a couple of weeks ago and set my appointment up with Donnie. When I went to drop my car off, he was busy at the moment so I had to go to Lisa for assistance. Considering my interactions with Donnie (over the phone), Lisa (in person) and my husband's interactions with Donnie (over the phone), I have nothing but great things to say about them. They took car of not only my car but my needs as well. My car was not going to be ready by the time I needed it (due to scheduling conflict) so Donnie got me a loaner car to use until my car was ready....not to mention that forgetful me left my car charger in the loaner car so Donnie pulled it out and saved it for me :) I also want to add that I had to get my car serviced a couple times over the past few years and have also had the pleasure of working with Jessie DeLuke and she is awesome as well! More

My vehicle is over 10 years old and my expenses mainly came from parts. I would just like to say I appreciate the professionalism and concern for customer value that the service department has expressed. I will be returning to this service department in the near future. Tune up and diagnostic I left my vehicle with the service team for 12 days and spent 3,800 dollars. My vehicle runs just as bad, if not worse, than when I brought it there. I was very persistent with calling and checking to make sure everything was fine since I was dumping so much money into getting my vehicle fixed for a long drive later this summer. I was told that it was ready and that a tech had test drove it. I arrive to see that my SES light is back on, it was off when I brought it there, and the security light was on which I had paid them to fix and my keyless entry wouldn't work. I didn't want to make a scene so I just started to leave and before I could even get to rout 10 my SES light began flashing and the missfire had gotten leagues worse. There is no way that a tech could have drove that car 10 miles and said "Yeah, its good to go." I paid for the cooling system to be fixed and the car cant sit and run for an hour without starting to overheat. I called back the day after I picked it up and explained that I needed them to correct some things and I was told I needed to wait till next monday, a week, when my vehicle had already been sitting in their shop for almost 2 weeks. The time it took to order parts they could have been actually diagnosing the missfire and P0336. I paid good money because I wanted the work to be guaranteed by a dealership. I wanted certified technicians who were familiar with the LT1 and my vehicle platform. More

Best vehicle buying experience I recently had the pleasure to work with Keith Black and his peers in purchasing a new Suburban. I can honestly say I never anticipated such a wonderf I recently had the pleasure to work with Keith Black and his peers in purchasing a new Suburban. I can honestly say I never anticipated such a wonderful experience in buying a new vehicle. The first night my wife, our childen and myself pulled on to the lot we greeted by Keith in such a genuine and down home manner. It was late on a friday night and we just wanted to take a look at a few of the trucks. Keith went above and beyond to answer all our questions and stayed late and wanted us to take our time looking. Never once did I feel obligated or pressured. A few days later my wife and I decided on the vehicle we wanted and going back to Keith at Heritage was a no brainer. I made an offer that Wed. night over the phone and computer. Once again Keith along with help from Josh Friedman stayed long after business hours to work out the details of the purchase as I would be coming in the next day. When I arrived the next day I was again greeted with the utmost respect and friendlyness from everyone. And once again my expectations were exceeded when Josh and Keith were able to help me out with another item. Even the fellas in the parts department made the experience that much sweeter as stayed late to help me get floor mats for my new truck. Josh had coordinated everything with my lender before I arrived that evening. Josh and Tom O'Toole went over all my lending agreements and paperwork smoothly and patiently. Keith and I wrapped up the evening in the Suburban tutoring me patiently on the features and operating functions of the new Suburban. Keith and Josh made sure I was educated and comfortable before I departed home. They also reassured me that they happy to answer any other questions I might have later on and help in any way they could. When I left I felt as though I had gotten a spectacular deal and had no reservations about my purchase. Keith has since followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. I just can't say enough about what an awesome experience it was buying a vehicle from Keith and Heritage Chevrolet. They truly earned my busines and I will be a customer for life.
