On 2/9/2011, I called Heritage Chevrolet and talked with service representative Mr. Donnie Foster. He made an appointment for 1430 hours to have my 2008 Tahoe serviced. I requested a oil and filter change, in addition to having the drivers inside door handle replaced. The door handle had a defect that caused it to cut my fingers when opening the drivers door. My contact by phone and in person with Mr. Foster was an excellent experience. His knowledge and experence with vehilces, his demeanor and his professionalism greeting and serving me and others is very refreshing as a customer. Mr.Donnie Foater took the time to listen to my needs and made sure this information was given to the technician. Mr. Foster for several years has been my contact when service has been needed on my vehicle. As in the pasted, Mr. Foster's ability to see that my vehicle repairs or service are completed and returned in the time frame he estimated has been very accurate. Mr. Foster and other members of the service, sales and management at this Chevrolet Dealership are the reasons I continue to return to the business for service on me vehicle. Without question I would and have recommended Heritage Chevrolt to others, and will continue to do so.
