This is Steve Taylor. I bought a 2022 Cadillac XT4 from the Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Dealer on Dec. 31,2025. I told them soon afterwords that the brakes made a screeching so I bought a 2022 Cadillac XT4 from the Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Dealer on Dec. 31,2025. I told them soon afterwords that the brakes made a screeching sound. I live around 90 miles north in Savannah MO. The wife drives the vehicle all the time. I brought the car in for the 1st oil change and told the Chevrolet dealership again about the noise. I was getting turned off about the noise and if I would buy another Cadillac because the noise was annoying. I had Emmy call me last Friday and I agreed to bring the vehicle in. Mr. Drew Friedman was my Service advisor. I was there from around 10 in the morning until after 3, I thought that a Certified Vehicle covered everything that could go wrong with a vehicle. Mr. Drew and his manager got me new rotors,new pads, and the labor involved for ZERO cost. They had to order some of the parts or I wouldn't been there so long. They gave me lift over to Gates BQ so I got a Great Lunch while I was waiting for my car, I would highly recommend Drew as a Service Advisor and Emmy as a Public Relations person.I will be back to buy another vehicle when my family needs another vehicle. Was told first payment wouldn't be for 45 days; when the 1st bill arrived, it was due in 30 and I had to use one of my 3 lifetime extensions to get the original 45 days that was agreed upon at purchase. The surprises aren't appreciated when you spent hours asking these questions and were in dire need of a vehicle. First experience was great, but feel I was taken advantage of and given wrong information on this second purchase. More
