I did my research and knew the value of the vehicles I was looking at, so finally coming to the sale price was rather painless. Unfortunately, having your own financing setup ahead of time basically shuts down the F&I profit center, so they refused my 20% cash down payment from Wells Fargo and financing from Corning Credit Union. It's all good though as I found and purchase my vehicle on carvana.com with no doc fees or inflated govt fees. More
