Buying a car from Norwood Cadillac was easy. They didn’t play any games. My saleswoman Sharon Allard was laid back and easy going. There were no high pressure tactics. We took the car out for the day and when we returned there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that this was the car I wanted. Sharon was great, she addressed all my concerns that I had with the car and communicated with me throughout the whole process. When I picked up the car, Sharon spent over an hour getting me familiar with the features and options of the CTS.
