I have been using Cadillac of Norwood and Paul as my service advisor for the last few years. Paul and the team at Cadillac have always exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to any service advisor for the last few years. Took about three weeks to diagnose and fix an issue with my car. Asked for a loaner, several times, but there were none available. A dealership of this size should have a ton of loaners, especially a high my car. Asked for a loaner, several times, but there were none available. A dealership of this size should have a ton of loaners, especially a high end brand like Cadillac. My Audi dealer always has loaners available - they actually recognize it as a boost for sales - have your 4 year old car in for service? Try out this brandy new model, it's got a ton of nice new features! Service Consultant was awesome at keeping me up to date on the status of my repair - he actually called with updates when he said he would, which I really appreciated. More
