Update: went back to the dealership and spoke to the new owner. He listened and understood my frustrations and without even blinking he said that he would take care of all my issues. Now that is stand up customer service. Further he went on to say that he is working to improve everyone’s experience with the dealership. I would go back and buy a car from here again, especially now knowing that there is someone there who is actually concerned with customer service.
