The car I got was actually in good working condition. But I didn't realize they tricked me on the price until after I went home and did the math. We put a deposit on the Xterra but it would not pass smog. There was an extreme lack of communication and follow up on the part of the dealership to communicate the status of the repairs to allow the ve smog. We were frequently told that our sales person would call us back with the status - he never did. We had to go to the dealership several times to find out the status of the repairs. In other instances, we were on hold for close to an hour waiting for a status update - only to be disconnected. Finally, after over 3 weeks of this painful- like pulling teeth for information process - and still no car - we requested a refund of our deposit. The refund was granted without pushback. I will also note that this dealership adds a $900 theft insurance policy to all sales prices whether you need additional insurance or not…so add an additional ~ $1,000 to the advertised price of the vehicle. Don’t waste our time and don’t bother sending potential buyers an email that tries to convince the consumer that you want to help. Total B.S. More
