Kenny, seems like you are an automated response to everybody. And I have seen others complain about similar issues. If you really strive to have great customer service put cars on the lot that are not prior accident cars and everything works on the car. If everybody's complaining about that issue, clearly that you're not making improvements.

I want to thank Kenny for assisting me in this matter. He actally listened and followed thru. He resolved an issue Dave at the Santa Ana office was unwilling to help with for weeks but Kenny took care of it in a matter of days and my son received the appropriate credit!!! Thanks again Kenny!!!!
