Full of lies and antiquated sales tactics. Even tried to show me their "real" costs on a "secret" computer. Do not buy from these scam artists. Even tried to show me their "real" costs on a "secret" computer. Do not buy from these scam artists. More

Basically made me pay a down payment and didn't deduct it from the price of the car and still charged me the full price of the car. So yea be careful as they will try to steal money from you. Also my salesman was a real xxxxx. His attitude changed after I decided to buy the car and then he started acting disrespectful to me. Also wasted a lot of my time when I went to pick up my car and none of the paperwork was ready. I was waiting for the lazy xxxxx for hours before he finally had it ready. He should have had it done and ready to sign since I already paid them my down payment days before I finalized the paperwork. Screw this place, never buying another vehicle from them, and never recommending them to anyone. More
Shoddy dealership that sells lemons and doesn’t care about putting families in danger with their crappy cars. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealership. We put a deposit on the Xterra but it would not pass smog. There was an extreme lack of communication and follow up on the part of the dealership to communicate the status of the repairs to allow the ve smog. There was an extreme lack of communication and follow up on the part of the dealership to communicate the status of the repairs to allow the vehicle to pass smog. We were frequently told that our sales person would call us back with the status - he never did. We had to go to the dealership several times to find out the status of the repairs. In other instances, we were on hold for close to an hour waiting for a status update - only to be disconnected. Finally, after over 3 weeks of this painful- like pulling teeth for information process - and still no car - we requested a refund of our deposit. The refund was granted without pushback. I will also note that this dealership adds a $900 theft insurance policy to all sales prices whether you need additional insurance or not…so add an additional ~ $1,000 to the advertised price of the vehicle. We were communicating with Brandon M. My daughter emailed him to schedule a test drive, no response. She emailed again, no response. I emailed him, no response. My daughter called 3 times, “he’s busy”. I end him to schedule a test drive, no response. She emailed again, no response. I emailed him, no response. My daughter called 3 times, “he’s busy”. I ended up calling another sales person Andres R. He said he would send me a link to their inventory…..didn’t receive anything. He ended up texting the next day and apologized. He got the phones numbers mixed up. As for Brandon M, If you don’t want to help a college student find a reliable car then just say so. Don’t waste our time and don’t bother sending potential buyers an email that tries to convince the consumer that you want to help. Total B.S. More

Attempted to buy car from out of state. I agreed to their demand that I show up in person to pay for the car and then have it shipped out of state to avoid CA sales tax. I bought a plane ticket to CA, and fr demand that I show up in person to pay for the car and then have it shipped out of state to avoid CA sales tax. I bought a plane ticket to CA, and from that point onward, Louis the sales rep stopped returning calls although he would text incomplete answers after delays of hours. I estimate I used about 15 minutes total of his time. Two days before my flight to CA I inquired and was told that the car was missing a fob. I was told it was my problem, and the dealership would neither replace the missing part or compensate me to replace the part myself. I canceled the order. Caveat emptor. Prices are higher than market, and their communication and sales tactics leave a lot to be desired. Expect them to withhold important information to the consumer unless directly asked, and to ignore you the moment they think you are a captured customer. On the flip side, their website has more car information than others. Just don't expect them to be forthcoming about car deficiencies. More
