In April, my Subaru broke down on the freeway unexpectedly. We called Dejon at Camelback Subaru, and he quickly took care of us since we were in a couple days before with a normal service. We tol unexpectedly. We called Dejon at Camelback Subaru, and he quickly took care of us since we were in a couple days before with a normal service. We told him the situation on our car. He made sure that a tow truck was in route and if we were safe. During the time of waiting to be picked up, Dejon called a few times to see how the progress was. In the meantime, he made sure that our loaner car was ready when we arrived. As soon as we dropped off the car, Dejon quickly assessed the situation and brought the car in with very little waiting. I greatly appreciate what he did, and made sure that we were taken care of. While the car was in the shop, Dejon communicated to use what the time frame would be for the part to come in. He first said it would take two -three day since the part had to be on order. Fortunately, he as happy to report that the part came in early the next day and the car was finished. Even though the situation was stressful with a car breaking down, Dejon made the process the experience painless and easy. More
