I really enjoyed my interactions with Titus. He gave great customer service during my visit. When the list of repairs was completed, Titus was very helpful in helping me determine the most critical three issues to be addressed, and I really appreciated that. My problem began a couple of days later, when I realized that my right rear hubcap was gone. I called Titus, who told me that it was too many days past my service and the best he could do was sell me a replacement. He was going to check for it and let me know, but he didn’t. That wasn’t really a problem, because I knew I could call the dealership. I called the dealership and left many messages for Lorenzo Federson, who was supposed to be checking to see if it was still in the service area. I have never heard back and am very dissatisfied. If it’s not still there, I still have a problem with it being attached incorrectly and falling off elsewhere. Either way, no response or resolution has been offered to me. I guess I’m just not used to having an actual dealership give such bad service. Thanks for asking. More
