Terrible customer service . I brought my Prius in for an oil change and to have the auto body shop take care of the insurance repair . They said no problem I had the oil changed I brought my Prius in for an oil change and to have the auto body shop take care of the insurance repair . They said no problem I had the oil changed and was told I have to drive all the way to camelback Toyota and deliver the car myself instead of them dropping it off it’s right down the street he said . My service advisor was clueless to the fact I had to come down instead of them dropping it off thats customer service . The service was so bad I cancelled my New Toyota SUV from fleet sales I will not do business with camelback Toyota again. More

The sales rep and sales manager were great. But your finance team needs work. They made a pleasurable experience a nightmare. I was pre approved for financing through my credit union at 6.99%, But your finance team needs work. They made a pleasurable experience a nightmare. I was pre approved for financing through my credit union at 6.99%, and I told them this. But yet they reran my credit through a different credit union and tried to charge 7.04%. More
