Deplorable. Despicable. Last contact with service agent was horrible. My stomach hurts when time to service my car. Wish I had never purchased a car from this de Despicable. Everyone there has an attitude and when you request to speak to a manager, no one ever shows up. Customer is of no value once the car is purchased. This dealership actually put 175 miles on my car while they had my car in their shop for 2 weeks when first purchased. Then tried to tell me that I was crazy for accusing them of this act but then why did the dealership pay me $200 to make it go away? More
Camelback just screwed me over as well. A car that I had been tracking for 2 months was just set to come in. The had not even arrived and I got a message from the sales associate I was working with that the car was presold. That was against policy at this location! They advertised that they never presold. Turns out that the general manager, JENS, had sold it from underneath me to his Bestie. The sales associate approached management to discuss how this could happen and was advised to tell me that the car was not saleable because it was "damaged upon arrival." They advised the sales associate to lie to me instead of telling me that they sold it to someone else! Dishonest business! I will never go here again. More

I saw her on Saturday she didn’t have anything I liked she texted me Monday they got the car I wanted I came back Monday to do the paperwork ended up chickening out because of the amount of money I was going to be spending. She was so patient and never seemed irritated. I came back Friday and decided it was the right move. She walked me through the process and made it seamless. GO ASK FOR HER!!! More

The store had a great dynamic. Tarsha our sales rep was the best. She found what we wanted and made arrangements for us to get it.
