I had an appointment to get a change of oil on 12-27-19 at 1:30. My appointment was apparently with the guy named Robert. He doesn’t change oil he just oversees things I guess. I came little early, so an hour into it came to ask him how much longer; he was a bit rude and he was trying to tell me because I have a truck it takes longer. So I am still seating in the lobby and waiting, appearently another hour. You should not have an option to make an appointment if you can’t satisfy the time. This is horrible service and this will be my last time coming here. More

He rushed my car in for analysis and kept me informed throughout the repair process! Never Experienced Anything Like That After communicating with Rianna for 3 days, we set-up an appointment for 10AM on Sunday to look at a certified pre-owned Toyota Camry . I showed up After communicating with Rianna for 3 days, we set-up an appointment for 10AM on Sunday to look at a certified pre-owned Toyota Camry . I showed up at 10:02AM, and after waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed that Rianna was not in. A different salesperson (middle-aged redhead female) took over, and we proceeded to look for a vehicle of my choice, but it was not there either and not because someone else purchased it, it had never been on the lot. She suggested looking at a different Toyota Camry to which I agreed, even though I did not conduct any research on that particular vehicle. After looking at the vehicle to determine its condition (excellent, very good, good etc), the dealer started to up-sell me a new vehicle. I politely declined explaining as to why I am pointing these things out before making a $18-20k transaction, and we proceeded inside of the car. Because this was a used car, my next question was "Can I plug in my OBD-II code scanner?" She immediately said, "Yes, you can do whatever you want." She then leaves the vehicle and storms inside of the facility. Before I could even read the codes, a young punk of a manager hastily approached the vehicle, almost ripped the door off and demanded, "What are you doing?! You cannot scan for codes!" -Alright, we'll just shop elsewhere then - I responded -That'll be perfect - said the manager (Bravo!) As a side note, one should scan for codes to see if a used car owner is trying to pull a fast one on you, i.e. clearing the check engine light, disabling it etc. It is a standard procedure and other dealerships never had a problem with me doing it for the peace of mind. Anyway, we exited the vehicle and went towards our car. On the way there, that salesperson tried to up-sell a new car once again. Two days later, I received an email from Rianna "Oops, we missed you on Sunday" Was the situation handled professionally? Could the salesperson have said, "let me ask my manager first"? You be the judge of that. More
RIPPED ME OFF TWICE NOW IN 3 MONTHS TO OVER $1000!! The first time I took my vehicle in it was regarding a key issue that was covered by a extra service agreement I had purchased when I bought my vehicl The first time I took my vehicle in it was regarding a key issue that was covered by a extra service agreement I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. Well they told me that it wasn't the key issue but rather it was a gas issue. My vehicle had run just fine on this same tank of gas I had purchased a wk prior perfectly fine UNTIL the key issue. Instead of just addressing the key issue, it's apparent they felt they needed to charge me for something/anything so they told me the reason my vehicle all of a sudden wouldn't start was because I had put in the wrong gas - that I had put in 85 octane instead of 87 octane. Well again it ran just fine with the same gas for A WK but now all of a sudden it wasn't the key issue but supposedly the wrong gas that i had put in my car the wk prior that was causing the issue. They charged me $928.38 to get my car back. I confirmed with Fry's Fuel Services that they didn't even sale 85 Octane and they even investigated the issue to make sure that they didn't accidentally put the wrong gas in their pumps that day that I purchased gas and confirmed 100% that they didn't do so. I provided all this information to Toyota and they are now refusing to call me back!! This is unacceptable. To make matters worse they charged me for ANOTHER item on my oil change this past Saturday that was AGAIN covered by my extended service agreement! This dealership does nothing but RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! More
