We came in for our services- tire rotation and oil change. The time frame was great, 2 hours with appointment. However, when we left - our car had no hub cap. Cammeron and the manager said they will r change. The time frame was great, 2 hours with appointment. However, when we left - our car had no hub cap. Cammeron and the manager said they will replace it for us since Camelback Toyota was the last to touch the car. He did say hmm weird idk how that could have happened. I’m also curious how it could happen when the hub cap gets put on before the bolts of the tire. So- they just put the tire back, no cap, and let us drive off.. it could not have fallen off, it’s not clipped on. Anyway, buying the car was the worst experience and if you ask me all the incidents and inconveniences Camelback Toyota has given me in the last 9 months, you’d be grateful I didn’t post any other review but this.. Jason was a great representative for Camelback Toyota. He is very kind and attentive. He has a positive attitude and I think he’s honest. Jason did a great job taking over for another sales rep (Brent) who started the initial transaction process, but couldn’t finish it. This was a hiccup, but eventually they ironed it out and I was on my way. Jason was right there giving me updates on the process as they worked through it. I travelled by plane from Sacramento to buy a used car. I’m not a high roller dropping a bunch of cash on a big ticket auto. They had a hard to find used car that I was willing to travel some distance to purchase. I think they treated me as well as any big spender, even though I’m a little spender. I’m very happy with the purchase. The car performed flawlessly on my 750 mile drive home to Sacramento. Thank you Jason! More

They put the sticker on my windshield that determines my next oil change!! However this is the third time I have brought my vechile from apache junction to Phoenix, for them to tell me it's not approved! Th next oil change!!
