Why can't I give Hector Obergeron 5 stars. He was the reason we did the deal. I didn't meet this manager but will give 5 stars because of Hector. Also, we were pretty forgiving as the first manager we worked with slammed his hands in my wife's face when he was trying to push a car we weren't interested in which was highly offensive. Because Héctor was nice, respectful and willing to give us the time we asked for, we stayed with you. That manager is 1 star. I do not see his picture on your website, but this was not a positive experience. Feel free to reach out to me so you can deduce who it is and provide him some much needed training. More
