I was happy to be able to bring my Prius in the same day I called, and the employee who was assigned to me (Jeremiah) was friendly and helpful. But it took a long time to get my car back (5 hours) when all I called, and the employee who was assigned to me (Jeremiah) was friendly and helpful. But it took a long time to get my car back (5 hours) when all it needed was a new 12 V battery. Also, I don’t like speaking to a bot rather than a human being when I call to make a reservation! And I think it is gouging for a big company like yours to charge extra to use a credit card as payment. More

Scheduled for 1:30. Was told up to three hours. After the 3 hour mark, I could see my truck parked out back and assumed it was done. As I’m asking about it, a tech pulls Was told up to three hours. I tell the service rep that I need to leave if work hasn’t already been started as I have other appointments and work that needs to be done. She says work has begun even though I just saw it drive back, claiming there were other matching Tundras (it was mine). After waiting almost another 2 hours, I receive an email with a stack of things I have to deny or approve. I was specific in telling them that I didn’t need the multi-point inspection as I already knew the truck needs additional work soon. Included in that multi-point inspection was a battery tie down for $150…. While also failing to tell me that the rubber tie down was actually broken with the battery unsecured. My fault for not checked before I left as I didn’t realize the tie down had snapped. Fixed it myself for $8 the next day. After that I decided to forgo the 5 oil change plan and ended up paying over $130 for just an oil change, which is $50 more than I would have spent at Right. Then a surprise telling me I have to pay an additional 3% for a credit card. I will never bring my truck back to service at your dealership. I know chaos can happen in the shops and things get way behind but it’s didn’t appreciate being told something that was blatantly false and then nickeled and dimed afterwards. It’s extremely disrespectful. More
