Went first to fix a part of driver seat it was about 2 hours and told me to come back because they need some clips and have to order, I don’t live in Phoenix every time I go it’s drive 1 hr and a little b hours and told me to come back because they need some clips and have to order, I don’t live in Phoenix every time I go it’s drive 1 hr and a little bit more and the same to come back to my house, I always be on time in my appointments, the next appointment it’s supposed to finish the work with the clips I asked how long it was going to take, I was told 1 hour, I waited for 2 hours and I was told it’s gonna take 1 more hour, but instead was 5 hours, it’s easier if you guys be more accurate with the waiting time to see what I can do if I wait or if I go somewhere else to wait, it’s a lot of time to waste, more when you don’t live there, at the end they gave me 2 tickets for gas and I didn’t was even able to use it because it’s only for an specific location, and that location wasn’t on my way home, I was tired, hungry, it was a lot of traffic and took me 2 more hours my way home, horrible experience to wait 5 hours just for “clips”.
