I brought my car in because the turn indicators were not working. After a review I was told they couldn’t accurately test for the problem because my battery was low. So I agreed to a new battery. Then on a subsequent day I was told I also needed an alternator. The first remanufactured alternator they put in was faulty. I was told a brand new alternator was being ordered. 9 days after I initially brought my car in, the work was complete. I was then told this is also a remanufactured alternator, not a new one. My service writer did not keep me apprised as he has in the past. I don’t know if he is overworked or distracted but at least a couple of times he told me he’d call in the morning and I waited until noonish and then called him for a status. I hope to find an independent mechanic and avoid the dealership going forward. More

We spent 6 hours there ... our basic car need was fixed but it took too long and we had to revise the bill because our rep didnt make sure a promised discount was applied ... honestly felt a bit taken advantage of at that point ... so overall was not impressed!
