Unprofessional, manipulative, rude, zero integrity, poor customer service, kept me at dealership 8 hours, didn’t pay off my trade on time, had to go to the dealership again to get answers, poor communicatio customer service, kept me at dealership 8 hours, didn’t pay off my trade on time, had to go to the dealership again to get answers, poor communication, overall worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! Alejandro yelled at us and refused to sell us a vehicle because we caught him adding in Zaktek during financing. They refused to sell us a vehicle without Zaktek even though it’s an option. This was witnessed by Jean and Matt another finance person. They took Alejandro off the deal and assigned Ali to us who told us Alejandro is an xxxxxxx but they tolerate it because he is the best salesman in that he sells a lot of vehicles. The sales people were cussing and talking poorly about us in the hallway. We saw other sales and finance people making sexual comments with the females working there and were also cussing at eachother and fighting in the hallways. They were speaking Spanish in front of us saying bad things but little did they know I speak Spanish. They bribed us with a gift card so I would not give a poor review. Alejandro was very arrogant and acts like he is better than everyone. Jean Decoste never paid off my trade in but sold my trade while never financing the new vehicle. I wanted my old vehicle back but somehow ironically we were told it was sold. I was at the dealership for 8 hours the first time and 6 hours the second time when I came back demanding answers of what was going on and was crying. Jed Dale got involved and finally helped us. Jed took Jean off the deal because he was being rude to us, didn’t do his job and was talking poorly about us as we could hear from his office as Jed put us in the office right next to Jean. I informed Jed of everything we had been through. Jed rewrote the deal and made sure my trade was paid off and my new vehicle got financed within a week. I still don’t have my plates over a month now. I wish I had never purchased a vehicle from this dealership! The owner of this dealership should know the trauma we experienced just to buy a vehicle. Worst experience ever!! More
