During past visits, I would sit in the car waiting area for some time before someone came by but this time they came right away and made sure I was taken care of. My service representative was very helpful for some time before someone came by but this time they came right away and made sure I was taken care of. My service representative was very helpful. Also the car pickup process was much smoother, in past visits the “valet” service wasn’t super quick and a bit disorganized. This time it was seamless and they remembered to remove all of the marker from my windshield, which is much appreciated. More
