He was friendly, thorough, always accessible, knew the car inside and out and to top it off he sent me a hand written note expressing his gratitude for my coming to Camelback Toyota. We have bought all of our cars at Camelback since the 1980’s. As long an everyone is forthright with me, I will be a loyal customer forever.
