The work done is always good. The wait time varies. I have wait in the lobby when I come in. I have waited for as long as 5 hours. My most recent appointment only took 2.5 and involved 3 separate issues. I was pleasantly surprised. My service guy, Chase, was the best!! One reason for a 4 (and I considered a 3) is that Camelback is now charging customers an extra 3% fee for using your credit card. They make a ton of money off of us customers every time we come in! This is a rip off. They won’t take a check, but, will take cash or a debit card. You can’t always have enough cash with you since they always find something “wrong” with the car at every visit. Not everyone carries a debit card. My credit cards earn me a lot of points to use for travel. I will be looking for other dealerships that don’t charge that 3% and have a good service record. I wish I could increase my monthly paycheck to accommodate all of the increased costs like businesses do. They just raise their prices at our expense. My only real compliment is that the service is always good. More
