Did a rotation without approval. When asked to speak to manger was told they were busy and would call back. Still no call. Tire rotation not needed as service is free at Costco. More

You need to have car washing available not just rinse. It is very inconvenient having to take the car to get washed when coming from out of town to have Zactech applied! More
