I Scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and repair as my car wouldn’t start. I chose Campbell because there was a good chance the problem was caused by an issue covered under a recall/extended warranty my car wouldn’t start. I chose Campbell because there was a good chance the problem was caused by an issue covered under a recall/extended warranty Ford issued on my model. The appointment was scheduled for the June 11th, I got the vehicle back on July 15th. They never initiated communication with me to inform me of what was taking so long, even after I asked them to do so. Their communication and transparency was seriously lacking in my situation. I understand there are complications when working on vehicles and other potential delays. But when an appointment is scheduled that vehicle and customer should be the priority and if there is an unforeseen delay communication from the service department to the customer is a must and in my situation Campbell failed More

The salesman and finance manager did a fantastic job working with us to get us into the car we wanted. The dealership is great and has a great reputation, which is why we chose Campbell Ford. My only complaint is that I would have thought a $25k vehicle would come standard with at least a half tank of gas and a fresh oil change.
