When it came time to have warranty work done on my 2021 Escape I called Seiman and they were less than friendly, telling me I could not get a loaner car if I didn’t buy my car from them. I called Campbell and you guys were more than willing to work with me, coming to my house and evaluating the situation and then scheduling the repair and setting up a rental car. The lady at the body shop that checked in my car was exceptional. More

Sent man to evaluate my recall repair and said t hey would schedule a time. Two times repair man never met his appointment. The third time repair man was prompt but looked at my vehicle and said it didn would schedule a time. Two times repair man never met his appointment.
