On 8/31, I dropped the car off to have them fix the tail light that had fallen out. I asked him to check the auto-stop-start and look at the tire pressure sensors that are blinking off/on. I left the car wi light that had fallen out. I asked him to check the auto-stop-start and look at the tire pressure sensors that are blinking off/on. I left the car with Andrew. On 9/1, he reported that the aux battery had failed and it was replaced. They also put a new tail light. He reported that the tire sensors will be working with the new aux battery. Then, as every dealership does, he said I needed to replace all my fluids. All of this came out to $2046.47, which I paid with my credit card. I wasn't sure if I needed all those fluids changed but since I was driving to on 09/09, I figured better safe than sorry. On 9/1 the car was ready but I was out of town. I offered to pay him if he could bring the car to me. Since he doesn't drive a stick, he asked a friend, and never got back to me. By the time I checked back, he had already left for the day. On 9/3, my friend picked up the car. Andrew didn't even know he came. On Sat 9/5, he texted me that he was out of work on Friday 9/4. He was still trying to bring the car to me when I told him I'd already had it for 2 days. Then I told him the brake pressures are still not working and the car hadn't been washed. He wrote: "if you can bring it back next week, I can have the technician look at it again and because of my mess up, yesterday, I can provide you with full interior/exterior detail free of charge at the same time." SO on 9/8, at 7:45am, I was there, dropping the car off, again. We talked about changing the tire pressure module and washing the car. At around 10-11 am, I started wondering how it was going. I texted him, called him, and he never answered. I called him and the main number 10-15x, looking for either Andrew or a manager, and all I got was a robot with a stupid voice. I could not get a human on the line. By 3pm, I was furious. I paid for my own Lyft and went back to your dealership. His desk was clean, the guy at the desk next to his just said he'd left. Nobody knew anything about my Jeep. A very nice guy jumped in and helped me get my car ready. He told me they were updating some Flash software and that would fix the tire pressure blinking, but it didn't. I told him they were supposed to change the module. He said they didn't have one on hand. I let him know how upset I was, while also thanking him for getting me my car. I was looking for a manager and never found one. Today, 9/9, as I was on a plane, I got a call from the manager who had also skipped work yesterday... I couldn't talk long bc I was on the plane, taxiing out. I told her that someone needs to made this right, like Andrew promised: Fix the blinking indicators and detail my car at no charge. And while you're at it, change my oil. Then I might change this review to more stars. More
