Up to this point I've never had an issue with the service department. This had to be my worst visit. I have a full service warranty on the car, road hazard everything, paid a lot of money when we purchased department. This had to be my worst visit. And I had to pay for my new tire upfront, and that once approval comes through my I will be refunded the money, to this day. I still haven't been refunded, so what's the deal while I was waiting for my vehicle? I was speaking with one of your sales reps. Andy, I was just about to trade the vehicle in, but, you know, after this experience no way I would take my business elsewhere and I'm still waiting for my refund. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. Your service manager was somewhat abrasive. I do not want to deal with him. I want to speak to someone else. You have my number.I expect a call More

It took 4 day to replace a fuel pump and I had an appointment. Then the bait and switch with mail in the tire which I took to Firestone they put the car on the rack and checked all 4 tires inside and appointment.
