Stopped by for an oil change at 1:20PM and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. After 2 hours I went to see what the delay was. Turned out they forgot about us. They took the Jeep back then and 40 minutes l would be 1-1.5 hours. After 2 hours I went to see what the delay was. Turned out they forgot about us. They took the Jeep back then and 40 minutes later it was completed. Had they not forgotten about us, I would choose 5 stars. More

Work was done well and quickly, but it too almost 30minutes to be recognized by service Advisors to check in my car for an oil change and tire rotation.
