Michael was great advisor but the entire support staff was horrendous. Loaner car agent doesnt show up on time. Even her coworkers hate her habitual tardiness. Received wagoneer back after warrant was horrendous. Loaner car agent doesnt show up on time. Even her coworkers hate her habitual tardiness. Received wagoneer back after warranty and annual service unwashed with grease stains on leather drivers seat, carpeted floor mat and even on front fender. Lots of promises when Cape coral sells you a wagoneer but once signed they treat you horribly. More
