After some initial back and forth the reasons for my visit, already explained to the scheduler, were eventually re-conveyed to the service advisor. This charge would eventually be dropped because the repair was necessary, but, the fact anything was going to work in my favor was unknown to me until my approval for the charge was accepted. How does this develop into a 5-star review? Simply because above and beyond these basic operation/policy obstacles my service provider Adam was listening and working behind the scenes to find necessary parts, negotiate policies, and schedule the work. He became familiar with my warrantee insurance service work allowances and successfully turned this into a job that was turned around that morning. A big deal since this is our only car and we currently live a hour away from the servicing dealership. More

I had to get a rental car two different times while waiting to get an appointment for my vehicle to be fixed. This was over a month and a half of waiting. Once I finally got my vehicle in the dealershi waiting to get an appointment for my vehicle to be fixed. This was over a month and a half of waiting. Once I finally got my vehicle in the dealership, it took them almost 2 weeks. I was quoted less than a week. On the day that I picked my vehicle up I had to call for over five hours to try to get in touch with someone to get an update on my vehicle. I left multiple messages and got no return calls. When I did finally pick up my vehicle, it wasn’t even fixed. Two new warning lights had shown up on my dash, and they didn’t wash the vehicle. My service representative also told me that he would check to see if part of the service was covered on the powertrain warranty, and no one ever did that. So I had to pay out-of-pocket almost $3000 to get my vehicle. I have bought two vehicles from the dealership, but I will never buy another one from them again More
