I would never willingly bring my vehicle back here for any service of any kind. Whether it's an oil change, or a warranty job. The lack of care and clear cut inexperience of the people working in the shop any service of any kind. Whether it's an oil change, or a warranty job. Every single time I have come to this place for services I have left with more damage and or issues than when I came in. Granted, thankfully they have been made right. However a customer should not have to go through the whole process of waiting and getting Extra things repaired or replaced because of complete and utter negligence. I would never under any circumstances recommend this dealership to anyone with a clear conscience. My service manager Mike made it right for me. It was a long road to get there but he did what he said and I'm grateful to home for that. However, the folks working in the shop need to really think about if they like their jobs or not. And if not, at least try to care about other people property. Time is money and I understand that, but peoples property should be handled professionally and with care. More

Called and got an estimate for spark plugs and was told $419 I got an appointment and when I showed up I was told that was wrong it was $933. They installed the plugs and when I pulled out the check engine $419 I got an appointment and when I showed up I was told that was wrong it was $933. They installed the plugs and when I pulled out the check engine light was on, went back and they fixed it. I was checking to see what the dealership was like and now I will buy a new car from Kaiser Chrysler. More
