Horrible customer service! They had my car for 12 weeks and after 18k in repairs paid out by insurance, it still was not right. They never kept me informed on the progress and They had my car for 12 weeks and after 18k in repairs paid out by insurance, it still was not right. They never kept me informed on the progress and nobody ever answers the phone in the service dept. My car is currently in another Dodge dealer getting the work done that Cape Coral neglected to do! They even forgot to reconnect some of my safety sensors within the car. These guys are not certified mechanics! Certified mechanics just don't neglect that stuff nor should they forget to reconnect the safety features!! Just plain lazy horrible work and terrible customer care and service!! More
