Tom was my original adviser and for over a week would never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information was passed to him. Service manager didn’t call me he had someone else call me despite this being an abnormal case. Then the service manager finally stepped in and it was just as hard if not harder to get a hold of him unless I physically showed up to the dealership. After 37 days I received my car unresolved since Chrysler corporate wanted to be greedy and selfish. After my last two services I would not recommend this dealership. I also had to fix my door on both occasions I brought my car in for service as I explained the doors were special and they proceeded to make no note of it and obviously the message was never passed along. More
I was quoted between 3-$ 400 for a diognosyics on my 2018 Pacificia. Truck was towed. No one knew where it was on lot. Took 3 days to find it even though your service employee took truck from the tow company owner Took over one month No one knew where it was on lot. I lost many lawn accounts due to the lack of attention in getting truck done. Then when engine is installed they tell me oh, there’s more we didn’t know about. Paid over two thousand dollars more. After you guys had my truck from 11/8. Very disappointed and frustrated More
