I had a really hard time getting anyone on the phone. Our case manager did not return calls. Our car took 33 days to fix (broken thermostat). It took 14 days to diagnose. Needed a service and dash pad replaced, the clips are missing for the cover over speedometer, noticed my usb ports aren’t working and seen there is a recall that should of been done while truck was being missing for the cover over speedometer, noticed my usb ports aren’t working and seen there is a recall that should of been done while truck was being serviced.
