I was on my part to trying fix my vehicle. I was told I would be notified when the part to fix it came in…. I had to call after 6 weeks of no communication from you dealership. After call tha I was told I would be notified when the part to fix it came in…. I had to call after 6 weeks of no communication from you dealership. After call that I made.I was informed the part was in. I show up, part is installed. Get my vehicle back and it has water spots all over it. This usually comes from a sprinkler, however I did not ask and I needed to get back to work. Therefore my vehicle did not look the same as I brought it in to your dealership. I would hope you can have your employees communicate better regarding parts that need to be installed and make sure the vehicle is clean before they leave. More

Place didn’t want to work with me and lowering a price they couldn’t answer the phones when I had questions and when I got my car back they’re still issues and I’m 1500 down the drain. Bought a 24 Dodge Durango from Jarred Chapmen in sales. We were open to pretty much any vehicle and he listened to our needs and wants and pointed us in the right direction.
